What's New in the 24.12 Release: Key Features and Updates

The 24.12 release brings exciting updates designed to enhance user experience, improve accessibility, and streamline workflow processes. Here’s a quick rundown of the key highlights:

Improved Workflow History Visibility

The Workflow History section now includes a Detailed Change Summary and Version History, making it easier for non-administrators to see changes made on a record. 

It can be difficult to unwind who did what on a record, especially when a form moves through a complicated workflow between multiple team members. With this update, we’re providing greater transparency for everyone involved, even those without administrative privileges.

History Tab

A new History tab has been added to the Users & Contacts and Security Group pages. This read-only log allows users, even those without "View & Restore Version History" access, to track changes made to these records.

Enhanced Vendor Management Module

The Vendor Management module now supports pre-qualification questionnaires and enhances communication with vendors by allowing customers to include supplementary documents and templates in Document Requests. This streamlines communication and ensures that all necessary documents are shared in a more efficient way.

Upgraded Form Designer

The Form Designer sees several improvements with new features, including support for the Document Picker. Document Picker is displayed as a new field type, enabling customers to add custom Document Picker fields to any form. This update enables customers to select the actual document rather than just its title, with the added flexibility of filtering accessible libraries.

Expanded Workflow Reports

New Log with Workflow Reports have been added for the Lessons Learned, Risk Assessment, Safety Meeting, Travel Itinerary, and Vendor Request modules. These logs enhance reporting capabilities and allow users to track and manage workflows more effectively.
