Highlights:

• Local Date and Time Formats: Dates and times will now automatically display in users' local formats across most forms and reports.
• Online Training Courses: Users can now enjoy MARCOM Unlimited Retakes for online courses, allowing retakes of end-of-course tests without needing to rewatch the video content.
• Multi-Language Support: Introducing support for Vietnamese, expanding accessibility for users.

Localized Date and Time Formats

We’re pleased to announce that dates and times will now display in users' local formats by default across most forms and reports. All users will now default to the "System Default" date and time formats based on their browser or device settings, but they can customize these settings in My Profile. The new formats will be applied across the user interface, including areas like My Task list and Reports, except for sections such as Workflow History, which will retain the YYYY-MM format. Time format changes will occur in limited areas, mostly maintaining the 24-hour format. This update enhances the user experience by presenting date and time values in familiar formats.

New MARCOM Course Format

The existing MARCOM course formats require users to retake the entire course if they fail the final exam, which some companies find inconvenient. A new course format has been introduced that supports unlimited retakes of the final exam without requiring users to rewatch the course video content. This enhancement provides greater flexibility for users and improves the training experience.

Multi-Language Support for Vietnamese

Support for the Vietnamese language has been introduced, increasing the total number of supported languages to 27. This update responds to the needs of prospective clients who consider Vietnamese essential for adopting our solution. 

Other Noteworthy Enhancements in Version 24.10

• Sustainability Formula: Added inline validation for the backing list and improved error messages for GHG Emissions reports.
• Occupational Health Report: Introduced a Person filter parameter in the Encounter by Incident report.
• API Documentation: Updated OpenAPI/Swagger documentation to include Business Hierarchy, Discussions, Attachments, and SDS Community routes.
