Written by Iga Tkaczyk | April 9, 2025 at 6:00 PM

In this release we reimagined list views with a new user centric My Recent Forms view, designed to streamline user’s day-to-day, while also optimizing site-wide performance. Additionally, we’ve expanded our weather alert integration to include severe weather alerts and prioritized several features based on feedback from Customer Success to address common customer pain points. These updates are designed to improve user experience and overall functionality.

Weather Alerts

Our latest update introduces Severe Weather Alerts, which empower our users to stay on top of inclement conditions that affect their outdoor workers and operations. Now, EHS managers can create customized alerts to monitor severe weather conditions like lightning, hurricanes, and tornadoes for the exact locations that matter to their organization. Users can choose between two alert types: New Severe Weather Alerts, which monitor inclement weather conditions across the globe with data sourced from OpenWeatherMap and the National Weather Service & NOAA (for U.S. locations); and Temperature-Based Alerts, which notify users when temperature or Heat Index exceeds specific threshold. Alerts appear in a dashboard banner and can be sent via email or push notifications for timely response.

Whether using Severe Weather or Temperature-Based alerts, this tool can help keep workers safe and prepared when working outdoors.

Recent Forms

The latest update introduces "My Recent Forms" as the new default list view for Forms, providing users quick access to their recently submitted, edited, or viewed forms. This update improves load times and enhances navigation by including a "My Tasks" panel for tracking assigned tasks and "Suggested Reports" links for accessing relevant reports directly.

Due Dates

The A&A and Training Requirement Due Date Setting section has been redesigned with clearer captions and a new radio button format to simplify scheduling selections. Users now begin by selecting a Schedule Type, with additional fields appearing as needed based on the chosen format. This update improves usability without altering available scheduling options, and all existing requirements have been seamlessly migrated to the new format.

Wrap-Up

In conclusion, our latest updates are a testament to our commitment to enhancing user experience and operational efficiency. By introducing features like "My Recent Forms" and customizable Severe Weather Alerts, we aim to streamline workflows and provide timely, relevant information to our users. These improvements, driven by valuable customer feedback, ensure that our platform continues to meet the evolving needs of our community, empowering users to navigate their tasks with greater ease and confidence.
