What's New in 25.3: Streamlining Workflows

In this release, we introduced two significant updates. First, the ability to create form templates, allowing users to swiftly start a form with fields already filled in. Second, we improved our Document Management features by enabling users to link QR Codes directly to specific documents.

Both updates are designed to streamline documentation processes and boost overall efficiency for our users.

QR Codes and Templates

QR Codes and Templates, previously called QR Codes and Links, now supports the launching of new form templates directly from the UI. Users can generate QR Codes and Links to initiate a new form with default values (optionally) pre-populated. By using pre-filled fields in specific scenarios, users will see a reduction in time spent entering information in fields that are typically filled out the same way in certain situations. 

Templates can save users time on manual data entry in a variety of forms. For example, in a Safety Meeting instead of starting with a blank form and listing all attendees one-by-one, users can start the form from a template, with the list of participants already pre-populated.

Document Libraries and QR Codes

Document Libraries now support the direct linking of QR codes to documents. Users have the ability to associate QR codes with specific documents within a Document Library.

For example, workers need quick access to equipment-specific safety documentation, SOPs, and manuals. Instead of navigating around the site or scrolling a list of documents to find a specific manual, users can simply scan a code to access the document directly.
