Document Libraries: Discussion Sidebar

The new Discussion Sidebar is now available for Document Libraries. This feature enables users to collaborate directly within the document, making it simple to reference past discussions. It reduces back-and-forth email chains and consolidates communication into one central location, improving workflow and productivity.

Keyword Filtering by Column in Forms & Reports

Report tabular panels and List Views now support keyword filtering by column. With this update, users can quickly sort and filter data without needing custom parameters or external tools like Excel or PowerBI. It simplifies the process of finding relevant data and enhances user experience by allowing faster more accurate searches.

Anonymous SDS Keyword Search

The Anonymous Safety Data Sheets (SDS) page now includes keyword search functionality. This makes it easier for anyone at a facility—whether employees or third parties—to quickly locate SDSs for hazardous chemicals. In emergencies, rapid access to the correct SDS is crucial for safety, and this feature ensures that vital information is just a search away.

Audit & Inspection: CAPA Generation in Drafts

The Audit & Inspection form now includes an option to generate Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs) when saving drafts, rather than waiting for the submission or approval steps. This update accelerates the CAPA process, especially for longer audits, so that corrective actions can be initiated as soon as a finding is identified, ensuring that safety and compliance issues are addressed more quickly.
