New Features
Job Safety Analysis (JSA) Module
- In EHS Insight:
- The JSA Module cannot be enabled with the JSA Document Library
- The JSA list works similar to a Document Library
- New security roles have been added, and include:
- Access - can view JSA Templates (in Safety Meeting forms)
- Submit and Edit - can submit and edit JSA Templates
- Approval 1 - can approve JSA Templates
- Approval 2 - can approve JSA Templates
- Approval 3 - can approve JSA Templates
- Administrator - can take any action on a JSA without receiving tasks or emails
- New Lists
- Job Safety Analysis
- Job Safety Analysis Workflow
- Connection to Safety Meetings
- Document Tracking
- New Site Setting: Safety Meeting - "Document Tracking"
- When enabled:
- Tracks if document links are opened/clicked on in the Safety Meeting form
- Note: Only tracks clicks on Submit (not Save Draft or Save)
- New reports:
- Safety Meeting Document Tracking
- Safety Meeting Document Tracking by Leader
- Safety Meeting Document Tracking by Month
