EHS Insight 18.19 Release Notes

We're pleased to present EHS Insight 18.19. 

New Features

Team (Crew/Shift) Management

• When this new feature is enabled, users can:
  
  
  • Access a Team backing list (Title and Business Entity)
    
    
  • Assign a single team to a user/contact
    
    
  • Add users by Team via Meal Break, Work Observations, Safety Meeting, and the Training Record form

Skill Requirement Guideline Attachments/Document References

• We've added a new section on the Skill Requirement list: Assessment Guidelines
  
  
• This new feature includes Attachments (images, documents, etc.) and Document References, which references a document in the library
  
  
• When Attachments/Document References are added, they will appear to the user and assessor on the My Skills Dashboard and Skills Assessment form
  

Email Notifications Attachment Links and Photo Previews

• Before this new feature, images did not show in emails. Now, users can see any images that come in via email.
