New Features
Training Requirement Grace Period
- New Training Site Setting: “Grace Period”
- When enabled, three new fields on the Training Requirement list will appear:

Requirement Start Date – the date the requirement becomes active

New Hire Days – the number of days after being hired that this requirement would become active (Note: the Hire Date in the User/Contact record determines the beginning of the grace period)

New Position Days – the number of days after moving to a new position that this requirement would become active (Note: the Position Start Date field in the User/Contact record determines the beginning of the grace period)

- Use cases
-
On a Training Requirement with its New Hire Days set to 1 and a person with a Hire Date of today – training status will show as “Not Yet Taken”

On a Training Requirement with its New Hire Days set to 0 and a person with a Hire Date of today – training status will show as “Missing”

Administrative List Data enhancements
- Lists have been grouped by the Form they are used in
- When lists are shared between multiple Forms, an indicator with hover-text will show to tell them which other Forms the list is shared with
- Form categories can be toggled open or closed
- Some lists have been tagged in the background as “Advanced” are hidden by default
- Lists can be Favorited (and show in a Favorite Lists section)
- Lists show validation when they are missing items
- Quick Links and Announcements moved to be in the Administrative Page and not under Administrative > List Data
- When lists are shared between multiple Forms, an indicator with hover-text will show to tell them which other Forms the list is shared with
Health Encounter Signatures
- Before: One “Signatures” Site Setting controlled one “Signatures” checkbox on the Health Encounter Type backing list
- When enabled and selected on the backing list, both the “Patient” and “Practitioner” Signature fields were visible on the form

- Now: The Signature Site Settings have been split
- Patient Signature: Enable Patient Signature on the Health Encounter Type backing list
- Require Patient Signature: When enabled and selected on the backing list, require Patient Signature on the form

Practitioner Signature: Enable Practitioner Signature on the Health Encounter Type backing list
- Require Practitioner Signature: When enabled and selected on the backing list, require Practitioner Signature on the form

Asset Changes
- The following changes have been made to the Asset popup modal
- Renamed top section from Asset Details to Asset Summary
- Renamed the second section from Asset Description to Asset Details
- Moved the Asset Description field to be in the Asset Details section
- Moved the Comments field to its own Comments section at the bottom of the modal
- When Expanded Asset Details Site Setting is disabled, the Asset Description field is still visible (whereas it previously was not)
- Renamed top section from Asset Details to Asset Summary
